Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient technique that belongs to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The practice is based on the insertion of very fine needles into specific points on the body. According to TCM theory, these points are located along meridians, which are channels through which the body’s vital energy, known as Qi, flows. Acupuncture is used to balance this energy and promote health and well-being. There are 12 main meridians that correspond to the body’s main organs and functions. Acupuncture aims to restore the balance of Qi in the body. A blocked or unbalanced flow of Qi is associated with illness and pain.

Acupuncture can treat emotional issues such as anxiety, stress, and depression; headaches; musculoskeletal problems like back, arm, or knee pain; gynecological conditions like menopause, hot flashes, menstrual disorders, and fluid retention; digestive problems such as stomach pain, diarrhea, and constipation; and neurological disorders like neuropathic pain, insomnia, migraines, and vertigo. What are existential philosophical accompaniment therapy sessions?

This is a form of therapy in which the therapist accompanies the individual in their personal quest for inner knowledge.

It addresses the search for meaning in life, relationship conflicts (partner, family, friends), symptoms of anxiety or depression, self-esteem issues, insomnia, mental and/or emotional stress, and loneliness.

The process involves a shared inquiry that begins with the client’s own questions, concerns, and existential needs, always oriented toward understanding and evolving the individual’s level of consciousness.

We begin with the premise that our lives already reflect certain deep-rooted and structured patterns: what we do, what we avoid, what we choose, what we don’t choose, our emotions…

My name is Oskar Kozakiewicz.
I studied massage therapy in Poland, where I also completed several courses and began working professionally in the field. Later, I moved to Germany, where I collaborated with 4- and 5-star hotel groups, working in their Spas as a massage therapist and wellness practitioner.

When I came to Spain, I began working as a massage therapist at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center “Tuina Claudio Chen”, where I learned to perform traditional Chinese healing massage, based on stimulating the body’s meridians. In Barcelona, I completed a Postgraduate Degree in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy as well as a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Interventions at the University of Barcelona.

I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and began working as a yoga instructor.

Since childhood, dance, conscious movement, and creativity have been present in every aspect of my life. My journey into yoga began in 2005, exploring different styles and teachers. With a consistent daily practice, I decided to train as a yoga teacher in 2013. My goal was not only to share knowledge, but also to deepen my understanding of this ancient science that serves as a compass in life.

As a passionate student, I have trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with Amelie, Hatha Integral Yoga with Julián Parangón, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Santiago Pinto, Yoga Nidra and the study of the sutras with Laia Villegas, philosophy and ancient texts with Narren Herrero, and Kundalini Tantra Yoga with Eva Espeita (1200h YTT).

Since 2014, I’ve had the honor of teaching in various schools, wellness centers, and private classes. For me, yoga is not just a physical practice — it is a path to a more conscious and fulfilling life. I see it as a refuge, a laboratory of experiences where we cultivate essential qualities for facing the world around us.

Through yoga, we learn to honor and respect our bodies as sacred. This discipline offers us the tools to transform both our physical and emotional bodies through the practice of asanas, meditation, and mindful eating.

He began supporting people from an existential and philosophical perspective intuitively since 2018. He is currently a yoga instructor and existential-philosophical therapist. For years, he has been deepening his study of self-knowledge sciences, consciousness, and a wide range of disciplines focused on the investigation of the human being and existence.

His studies include Traditional Indian Yoga, Hinduism, Advaita Vedanta, Tantra, Tibetan Buddhism, Shamanism, Eastern and Greco-Roman philosophy, cosmology, transpersonal therapy, Gestalt, and the Enneagram of personality, among others.
