Every day of the week, morning and afternoon, we have the activities that will allow you to do sports in the two rooms that we have at your disposal. Calm or moved, with different levels of intensity.

Guided Activities in Castelldefels

Booking your spot in all activities is mandatory.
Reservations can be made through the Trainingym App.
You can book up to four days in advance, and cancellations are allowed up to the start of the session.

More than 600 guided activities per month at your disposal

One of the most remarkable aspects of the Club is its comprehensive and varied selection of guided activities, currently offering over 600 sessions per month. This offering can only be successful if accompanied by specialized instructors who lead each session with the right amount of motivation and the support of various equipment to make the most of every activity. And all of this takes place within the exceptional setting of a sports facility spanning over 25,000 square meters.

BodyBalance


BodyBalance is a program inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that improves flexibility and strength. It features controlled breathing, focus, stretches, movements, and poses set to music.

Pilates classes are a comprehensive physical and mental training system aimed at improving our fitness through a series of exercises focused on balance, strength, concentration, and flexibility.

Yoga


Yoga classes are a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. We offer a variety of yoga styles with different instructors, every day of the week.

BodyPump


Work your major muscle groups in 45 minutes. Start lifting weights with BODYPUMP, tone and define your muscles, and achieve a strong, balanced body.

Cycling


Cycling classes are a cardiovascular aerobic workout performed on a stationary bike, primarily targeting the lower body — including the legs and glutes.

Cardiobox


Cardio boxing incorporates techniques from boxing and martial arts—such as kickboxing, karate, kung fu, tai chi, and taekwondo—synchronized with music to create an energizing atmosphere.

Zumba


In Zumba classes, we combine high- and low-intensity movements so you can enjoy a fitness party with intervals designed to burn calories.

Step is a high-intensity aerobic activity that uses a rectangular platform about 15 cm high, where you step up and down to the rhythm of the music.

Boxeo


In class, students learn authentic boxing movements such as the jab, straight punch, cross, uppercut, hook, and swing, along with various dodging techniques, as well as footwork and positioning of the feet, hips, head, and shoulders.

TRX HIIT WOD ABD
